The Dream Catcher
An ancient Native American tradition,
the dream catcher,
made for many generations,
where spirit dreams play.
Hung above a cradle board
or in a lodge up high,
the webbing catches bad dreams,
while good dreams slip on by.
Bad dreams become entangled,
among the sinew thread.
Good dreams slip through the centre hole,
while you dream upon your bed.
This is an ancient legend,
since dreams will never cease,
hang a dream catcher above your bed,
and sleep with dreams in peace.

If you talk to animals they will talk with you
and you will know each other.
If you do not talk to them, you will not know them,
and what you do not know you will fear.
What one fears, one destroys.

If you have a dream,
don't wait for some distant day to come,
it may be too late before you've even begun.
